Details
- I retain all distribution rights and ownership of my illustrations.
- Receiving a commission from me does not grant commissioner commercial rights. If commercial rights are desired, we can negotiate on buyout price or royalties.
- You cannot use my art as NFT/AI TRAINING in any way, shape, or form.
- Will send sketch for approval, and make any requested edits. Should no edit work to your liking and you no longer wish to move forward with the commission, you will be refunded 66%
- After approval of sketch, NO REFUNDS
- I reserve the right to decline any commission at my own discretion
- ETA varies, though I try to maintain a turnaround of <2 weeks. Feel free to reach out at any time.
